History and driving reports

Filter your trips in Litro Plus and prepare a report from the available records.

Review your selection

  1. Open Trips and choose a period.
  2. Select a vehicle, category or review status when needed.
  3. Check the matching trips and summary before exporting. Select a trip to inspect its details.

Times use the displayed reporting timezone. Fuel and cost estimates remain estimates; they are separate from recorded refuelling amounts. Missing information is not filled in automatically.

Export a report

Choose Export trips when it is available, review the preview and selected fields, then download the file. Basic CSV export is included in Free. PDF driving reports and Excel workbooks require Plus access, including the complimentary preview.

Include only the fields you need. Notes and other private details are optional. Check that your browser saved the file before closing the page. Reports and exported backups may contain personal information.

Plus also offers saved filters and period comparisons when enabled in your workspace. The available controls show what you can use today.

Understand history access

Plus provides twenty-four calendar months of working cloud history. The free app keeps local history and CSV without subscription expiry, subject to device storage. After Plus ends, retained records have thirty days of read-only browsing/CSV and sixty further days of recovery hold. Account-data export remains available for retained data.

Changes to your plan do not delete trips saved on your phone. Export older hosted records before the deadline shown in your account. An exported PDF is a report, not a backup that restores Litro data.

Preview and subscriptions

Approved invitations keep free Plus during development, then ninety additional free days after the announced preview end. Afterward, Plus is required for cloud synchronization and the browser workspace. Local recording, history and CSV remain free.

Subscriptions are not open yet. When they open, cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Use the account deadlines for older-history browsing, export and recovery.
